Who We Are

Healthy relationships, healthy choices, and healthy futures begin with Unscripted.

We are a sexual health education program that approaches the subject of sexual integrity with a comprehensive focus on mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health.

Unscripted empowers the next generation to break the script and live with intention and integrity! We focus on having real and authentic conversations with young adults about critical issues like teen and unplanned pregnancy, STDs/STIs, healthy and unhealthy relationships, abuse, social media, and much more.

We are here to challenge young adults to take control of their own health, future, and choices!

Mission

Empowering integrity, one generation at a time.

Goals

…all while providing a positive, safe, and honest environment for the learner.

Our Team

DaChiron Tresvant, MPH

Prevention Education Manager

DaChiron Tresvant is a native of Grand Rapids, MI. Although born and raised up north after graduating high school, she migrated to Jackson, MS to further her education. Her passion for education and community impact was inspired by her research class and Public Health field exposure, during her matriculation in undergrad at Tugaloo College. Her field of interest includes maternal and fetal health research and sexual health prevention and education. As a result of the state of Mississippi having the highest prevalence in maternal and infant mortality and morbidity, teen pregnancies and STI’s, DaChiron plans to use her public health experience to give back to the underserved populations in her community. She feels educating teens and young adults as early as possible is vital and can have a more positive impact on the state’s health outcomes. DaChiron feels the next generation, who is our future, needs to be aware of how their choices can affect future generations. It is crucial that the youth are educated and feel supported during difficult decision making.
